- We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Service Bar Technician to provide remote and in-person technical support for end-users.
- The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to PCs, networks, and printers, offering efficient solutions with a friendly and professional approach.
- The role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment, is self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Provide walk-up and remote IT support to resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, networks, and printers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when necessary.
- Assist users with operating system issues, application support, and connectivity problems.
- Configure, install, and maintain IT equipment and peripherals.
- Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
- Educate end-users on best practices and IT policies to improve overall system usage and security.
- Collaborate with IT team members to identify recurring problems and recommend long-term solutions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting customers in person and remotely.
- Prioritize and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up to date with emerging IT trends and technologies to provide proactive support.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with printer setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- CompTIA A
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Ability to lift and transport IT equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Onsite and remote support as needed.
