- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical and psychosocial health upon admission and throughout their hospital stay. ClearPointHCO
- Care Planning: Develop, implement, and adjust individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team to address specific patient needs.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.

- Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with information regarding medical conditions, post-operative care, medications, and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery and prevent complications.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring all care provided is properly documented.
