We’re seeking a skilled Project Lead to manage capital and operating budgets, oversee multiple facility improvement and renovation projects, and provide engineering and project management support for non-manufacturing sites. The role requires strong construction management experience, budget oversight, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead capital and operating budget planning and reporting
- Develop KPIs and visualization tools for budget tracking
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance
- Oversee contractor performance and site activities
- Prepare project documentation: user criteria, SOWs, specs, and utility standards
- Coordinate site visits, drawing reviews, and contractor communications
- Validate vendor payments and review change orders
- Ensure contractor adherence to Quality Control standards
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- 5 years in construction project management (commercial/industrial focus)
- Proven experience managing complex capital and operating budgets
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Visio
- Understanding of construction safety standards and scheduling tools
- Experience with facility renovations and cross-functional coordination
- Occasional OT (up to 10 hrs/week), weekends/holidays as needed
- 10% travel required
- Must be onsite and able to conduct site walkthroughs
Salary : $30 - $33
