We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex, high-impact projects within the utilities and infrastructure sector. In this role, you will collaborate with in-house departments, regulators, and government agencies to ensure the seamless execution of large-scale projects while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will collaborate with in-house departments, regulators, and government agencies to ensure the seamless execution of large-scale projects while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Partner with internal teams (engineering, operations, legal, finance) to define project scope, requirements, and resource allocation
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulators and government agencies, navigating approval processes and ensuring compliance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track
- Ensure adherence to industry, environmental, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project status, risks, and performance
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to enhance project delivery capabilities
- 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale projects, preferably within the utility/energy/infrastructure sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or PMP certification is a plus
- PMP certification preferred, Agile/Scrum experience a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and complex project environments
- Knowledge of utility regulations and industry standards is highly beneficial
- Experience managing electric utility projects such as grid modernization, transmission, and distribution
- Proven ability to manage large budgets ($5M ) and lead teams of 10 members
