Our client seeks a highly qualified mid- to senior-level associate (J.D. Class of 2017-2020) to join their Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have general experience with complex commercial litigation, including handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, and document review. Antitrust litigation and / or experience with large MDL civil litigation is required. In-court experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
