Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Jaguar / Land Rover Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Jaguar Land Rover service department. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their automotive service needs, accurately diagnose vehicle issues, and recommend appropriate solutions. If you have a passion for Jaguar or Land Rover vehicles and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish.
  • Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and communicate findings to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services, ensuring transparency and fairness.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repair of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of Jaguar and Land Rover models, features, and service requirements.
  • Upsell additional services and accessories based on customers' needs and vehicle condition.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and repairs performed.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repairs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    The Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.50 and $20.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than performance.

    Salary : $17 - $20
