Job Summary

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of dining administration within a dynamic environment.

Essential Functions

• Research and analyze a variety of data to support decision making.
• Collaborate with management on a variety of assigned projects.
• Make recommendations as needed.
• Assist the dining team in organizing and coordinating events as needed.
• Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and/or stay apprised of trends.

Other Functions

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure)

• High school diploma with two years of experience in analyzing and researching data. Associate's degree or higher may substitute for the required experience.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and intrapersonal skills.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

• Typical office environment.

Work Schedule

• Varies based on dept needs.; may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• This is a temporary, non-benefited position.

Salary Information

• $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
