About the Role
">We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Digital Transformation to lead our digital health technology services.
The successful candidate will oversee the technological infrastructure and strategic platform architecture within the Digital Solutions department, ensuring all systems function optimally and align with organizational goals. They will provide strategic guidance for technological improvements and innovations, drive the design and engineering of technical solutions, and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
This role requires a strong leader who can foster a collaborative and innovative environment, lead and mentor technology staff, and develop and enforce policies and procedures related to technology use, security, and data management.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in progressive IT leadership roles, including 10 years of experience overseeing IT technology, infrastructure, and technology projects, and leading teams in a highly matrixed organization. They must have a proven track record of successful management of large and complex projects.
