Job Description
I. Major Responsibilities:
- Follows all HACCP standards
- Is ServSafe Certified ( Full Time Positions)
- Follows all contract services policies and procedures
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to supervise kitchen staff / check work
II. Position Qualifications:
Required
- High School degree or the equivalent
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend English
- Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions
Required:
- 2 years culinary food service training
- 3 years institutional cooking experience, preferably in a health care facility
