Responsibilities :
1. Maintains standards of service consistent with DPH (Department of Public Health), Health Care Quality Administration and Department of Public Health Bureau of Substance Abuse Services licensing regulations, contractual obligations, payer requirements, and Council on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities standards.
2. Works closely with a multidisciplinary staff to provide integrated primary and behavioral health services to adults with acute and chronic behavioral health conditions.
3. Works closely with administrative staff to provide excellent customer service.
4. Provides direct supervision to staff and interns.
5. Liaisons with the Department of Mental Health area office, area hospitals, and Community Healthlink programs.
Position Qualifications :
License / Certification / Education :
Required :
1. Master’s degree in clinical social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy or a doctoral degree in psychology.
2. Independent licensure in behavioral health in Massachusetts : Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist OR License Eligible.
Experience / Skills :
Required :
1. Five years’ post-graduate degree experience providing direct clinical services, supervision, and management.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3. Ability to…

Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
