As the Associate Managing Partner, you will deliver financial advice to Private Wealth Management clients. You will be primarily focused on advising high value family client segments within the practice. You will serve as the senior mentor for other wealth advisors on the team; regularly providing guidance and feedback on advisory best practices. You will serve as the point of escalation within the team for resolving time sensitive client inquiries and handling complex client situations. You will work collaboratively with the Managing Partner in the practice to deliver on special projects. This role is hybrid (Tues/Wed/Thur on-site).

How You’ll Spend Your Time
- You will lead the delivery of comprehensive advice and customized wealth management services to high value clients within the practice.
- You will develop a deep understanding of client wealth planning goals and objectives.
- You will deliver wealth, financial planning, insurance, investment, and estate planning advice to clients, leveraging financial planners, trust officers and portfolio managers within the practice.
- You will partner with Private Banking team to deliver clients lending, credit, and banking advice.
- You will proactively understand and act upon trends, attrition risks, and opportunities with clients and prospects.
- You will engage in business development activities, managing a personal new business pipeline of client prospects.
- You will assist the Managing Partner to develop centers of influence (both internal and external) as referral sources.
- You will adopt new platforms and technologies to drive operational efficiency and enhance the client experience.
- You will ensure all minimum standards of care are met across all client relationships.

- You possess a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
- You have 5 years of applicable experience within Financial Services.
- You hold FINRA Series 65 license, or ability to attain within 90 days.
- You are a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- You show exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- You show wealth advisor sales skills with acumen to close new business.
- You have knowledge of client service, advice delivery and operational best practices.
- You show proficiency in developing centers of influence and adept at personal networking.
- You are proficient in delivering advice across investment, tax, estate planning and transfer of wealth strategies.
- You have an understanding of how to leverage team resources to drive client growth, retention and engagement.
- You are a proven culture carrier and mentor of other advisors.
- You have a high level of emotional intelligence, able to read situations accurately and are empathic.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- You show proficiency in Salesforce CRM software, and familiarity in other front office software used by wealth advisors.
- You have proficiency with eMoney client portal and financial planning software.
- You hold an advanced degree or professional certification such as CFP or CFA.
