TREASURY MANAGEMENT SALES ANALYST
Under general direction, the Treasury Management (TM) Sales Analyst supports the Treasury Management Officers (TMO's) in growing TM revenue. This position is responsible for the creation, analysis and delivery of proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations. The TM Sales Analyst performs pre-call planning, preparation and participates in joint sales calls with TMOs and Commercial Bankers. The TM Sales Analyst provides a high level of internal customer support through understanding and driving the sales culture and vision of the organization within the member banks, maintaining and delivering reporting and metrics; and managing all additional aspects of sales support in the sub lines of business.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develops proformas, proposals and customer profitability analysis for Treasury opportunities
- Prepares pre-call planning prep and materials for TM client and prospect meetings
- Coordinates proposal responses and works across business lines to gather response information
- Participates on sales calls with the Commercial Bankers and TMOs to ensure a working knowledge of customer base and act as backup for complex client relationships and onboardings
- Leads Onboarding Discussions and provides sales demos for Treasury and Payment Solutions applications
- Coordinates Onboarding of new accounts and new TM services for both new and existing clients
- Coordinates exception pricing updates
- Reviews account analysis after deals are closed to ensure that new clients and services are billing properly
- Creates comprehensive Relationship Reviews including account structure, industry updates, and product/service recommendations
- Assists with Fraud Mitigation Discussion and coordinates onboarding of positive pay solutions for clients that have a fraud occurrence; Serves as the designated backup to the TMO and assists customers as appropriate
- Refer and/or cross-sell TM products that result in client relationship product penetration ratio growth YoY through review for opportunities during preparation of account & TM relationship reviews, TM proformas and client proposals, or identify opportunities during direct client interaction
- Communicates client service channels and foster partnership amongst teams
- Coordinates and prepares materials for internal meetings such as pre-call planning or team updates on process changes
- Monitors weekly Salesforce dashboards and resolves discrepancies between sales opportunities and implementations
- Attends regular pipeline meetings with TMOs to prepare for next stage of sales support for each sales opportunity identified
- SME in account and treasury management solutions pricing and client onboarding; Maintains a thorough knowledge of all applicable compliance laws and regulations including, but not limited to BSA/AML/OFAC/CRA, consumer compliance, etc.
- Understands and communicates the sales culture and vision within each member bank; Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or Finance preferred
- 1-3 years related experience, preferable in sales, sales support and commercial banking
- Basic knowledge of cash management products, commercial card products, principles and practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines, with the ability to adapt within a changing environment; and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
