We are on the hunt for a detail-oriented and passionate Recruiting Coordinator to become a vital part of our vibrant HR team. In this exciting role, you'll provide valuable assistance for our recruitment initiatives—from crafting job postings to coordinating interviews. You will work hand-in-hand with the HR Team and candidates to create a seamless and effective recruitment process. Our standard pay ranges are based on the role’s function and level, benchmarked against similar growth-stage companies. Compensation may vary based on geographical location, as certain regions may have different cost-of-living factors. The final offer will also be influenced by the candidate's skills, responsibilities, and relevant experience.
Compensation Range
The Compensation Range for this role is $31.25/hour - $36.06/hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks related to recruitment and personnel records.
- Assist with maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accurately documented.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist with preparing job openings and posting them on various platforms and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating regularly with applicants.
- Assist with to building and maintaining Umbra's applicant pool and talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Experience with sourcing candidates through social media and online job boards.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Previous experience in a tech or aerospace-related environment.
