- Provide direct support in behavior management for clients with special needs or dementia care.
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring client safety at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role within a nursing home or community care setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and emergency response protocols is advantageous.
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and behavior management strategies is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.28 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 56 per week
