Then you might be the right fit for our team! Umbrella Properties is currently hiring for an exceptional and experienced Property Manager in West Eugene.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
-Tour apartments with clients.
-Lease and pre-lease apartments.
-Present, explain, and complete lease/renewal paperwork.
-Tour apartments and reports all necessary improvements.
-Identify qualified leads through referrals, networking and outreach marketing efforts.
-Help plan, schedule, and organize resident functions.
-Participate in social media marketing to obtain traffic and assist with brand management.
-Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
-Follows company policy in regards to documentation and record keeping procedures.
-Must possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
-Must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents and co-workers.
-Communicates effectively and on a regular basis with the Asset Manager and all staff members
-Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Working knowledge of Yardi or other property management software.
-Must know and comprehend Fair Housing Laws.
This position is 40 hours per week and is a benefited position with medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, and paid holidays off.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management
- Proficiency in Yardi software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage property leasing processes
- Experience in conflict management and resolving tenant issues
- Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
