A leading biotechnology company is seeking Project Manager to provide external support for a high volume of strategic projects .
As the company spins out two assets into standalone entities , additional hands-on expertise is needed to ensure seamless execution .
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and driving project execution across these initiatives.
This individual must be comfortable both with tactical execution -building Gantt charts in Smartsheet, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for leadership-and strategic oversight , ensuring linkages, anticipating implications, and proactively pushing initiatives forward.
This is a 1099 role and does not provide health benefits. The client requires the candidate to be available 2-3 days a week onsite in Boston.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide hands-on project management support for biotech asset spinouts.
- Develop and maintain Gantt charts, dashboards, and project tracking tools (Smartsheet preferred).
- Prepare high-impact presentations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive strategic execution .
- Identify risks, dependencies, and linkages across projects.
- Support senior leadership in ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with company goals.
Ideal Candidate Experience :
Start : Mid to Late February
Duration : 3-6 months
Time Commitment : 3-5 days per week
Location : Hybrid - must be in the Boston office 2-3 days per week.
Expected Range : $175 - $200 per hour
