Job Description:
Performing advanced clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence; scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, providing reports and consolidating meeting minutes, performing data collection and providing information to internal and external customers as needed. Provides direct support and guidance to other office staff.

Required Experience:
A. Work Experience:
Three years of clerical and administrative work-related experience is required, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.
B. License/Registration/Certification
None.
C. Education and Training:
High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
