Job Description:
Responsible for providing support to Clinical/Financial Systems. Participates in the evaluation, development and implementation of new systems. Serves as an inter-departmental liaison to ensure effective and efficient utilization of systems.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of user relations, project planning, and communication techniques.
- Knowledge and ability to apply systems development lifecycle in planning, managing, and implementing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of programming functions.
- Knowledge of client/server technology, LAN communications, hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Knowledge of business and system analysis.
- Knowledge of RFPs and evaluating technology.
- Knowledge of specifications and requirements writing for budgetary analysis.
- Ability to translate user requirements into applicable support systems and processes that exceeds end-user’s expectations.
- Ability to apply written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to apply documentation and design functions.
- Ability to utilize creative problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated, analytical, good troubleshooter and goal oriented.
Required Experience:
Work Experience:
One year of work related experience in systems analysis supporting different types of applications, preferably in a healthcare environment.
License/Registration/Certification:

Education and Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
