Doka USA is looking for an Area Manager to support our Florida branches and will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of the branch ensuring operational excellence driving sales growth and overseeing engineering and support services. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen who can manage crossfunctional teams foster client relationships and ensure projects are delivered to high standards. This position will be based out of our Pompano Beach FL branch and will report directly to our Southern Region Director.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the branchs strategic business plan to achieve financial and operational goals and monitor branch performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead crossfunctional teams including engineering sales and operations ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the formwork and shoring industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients contractors and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals close deals and manage client accounts.
- Provide guidance to the engineering leadership team to ensure project designs meet client requirements and comply with safety and industry standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of technical solutions to support sales and project execution.
- Oversee branch operations including logistics equipment inventory and scheduling to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize resource allocation and ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and industry standards.
- Recruit train and mentor branch staff fostering a highperformance culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations set goals and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Promote a culture of safety integrity and continuous improvement.
