Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Administrator to oversee the efficient and smooth operation of our dental practice. As a Clinic Administrator (CA), you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong background in how a dental office runs.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies and procedures. Implementing daily procedures that encourage and allow growth for the office. Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and billing systems. Handle insurance claims and coordinate with insurance providers. Maintain and update patient databases and ensure accuracy of information.
- Staff Supervision and Training
- Patient Care and Customer Service
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA) and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Supply and Inventory Management Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Monitor and manage the growth of the office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a Dental practice.
- In-depth knowledge of dental office operations, procedures, and terminology.
- Proficient in dental software and computer systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work.
- Knowledge of dental insurance processes and billing procedures.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
