We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced tea shop environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including milk tea, fruit tea and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate POS systems to process transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea area and kitchen
- Uphold high standards of quality control and customer service
- Prepare and serve snacks
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of tea preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively
