What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional (Overnight Shift) position at UMFS?
- Tuesday to Friday, 11:00pm to 9:00am
- Saturday to Tuesday, 11:00pm to 9:00am

- Problem sexual behaviors
What we are looking for:
Support coaches to provide supervision, daily therapeutic care, programming, and crisis intervention for residents. Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team in the therapeutic residential program,,and use Collaborative Problem-Solving techniques to help clients with challenging behaviors and to build helping relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services related field and six months of experience working with youth with behavioral and emotional issues or Autism Spectrum Disorder required. Minimum of 2 years’ related experience may substitute for degree.
