Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with Umicore's business needs and strategy.
- Craft policies and programs that promote employee engagement, retention, and attraction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR partners, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs and concerns.
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters to hiring managers, talent management colleagues, and people business partners.
- Steer competitive offers and pay levels for new hires, promotions, and internal mobility.
- Ensure compliance with changing regulations and market trends.
Requirements
- 8 years of relevant work experience in international compensation and benefits, preferably with multi-state or multi-country exposure.
- Master's degree in HR, Economics, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits in an international environment.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-functional environments with inclusive leadership style.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Able to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
