Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Host/Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, setting the tone for their visit. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that service runs smoothly throughout their dining experience. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system (Aloha POS preferred).
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of service.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
• A commitment to providing outstanding guest services in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
