Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook, preferably in a high-end or fine-dining restaurant setting.
- Strong foundation in pastry techniques with a commitment to learning and contributing to an innovative pastry program.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively.
- Bilingual : Fluent in Spanish and English (Spanish required for this role).
