This role is responsible for enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company's websites and generating sales leads.Develops and executes comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.Plans and manages SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns, including keyword research, and performance analysis.Creates, manages, and optimizes display advertising campaigns across various platforms.Designs and executes social media advertising campaigns, including paid ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Implements and monitors SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.Plans and executes email marketing campaigns.Collaborates with the web development team to create and maintain landing pages, ensuring optimal user experience and conversion rates.Utilizes web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytic, HotJar) to track, measure, and report on website and campaign performance.Analyzes customer behavior and journey across multiple channels and touchpoints to identify conversion opportunities and drop-off points.Generates detailed reports and insights on digital marketing performance, providing actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness and achieve KPIs.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.Coordinates with internal teams and external partners, such as web and design teams, to align strategies and achieve marketing objectives.Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations and completes all required annual or job specific training.Maintain a working knowledge of the Banks written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations as applicable to this job description.May be asked to coach, mentor or train others and teach coursework as a subject matter expert.Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words.Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate.May perform other duties as assigned.Embraces our vision to become "Business Bank of Choice"About You : Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field. The pay range for this role is $86,000.00-$110,000.00and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
