About the Role:
In this role, you will monitor and disburse construction and rehabilitation loans on single family residential homes.
- Responsible for the disbursement of construction and rehabilitation loan funds for single family residential home loans.
- Responsible for ensuring all computations and documents are completed properly and comply with policy.
- Responsible for ensuring the banks first lien position remains secure during the construction phase of the loan.
- Monitor progress of construction projects. Review inspection reports, lien releases, title updates and issue progress payments to the borrower and/or builder.
- Facilitate communications and responds to questions regarding progress of construction and progress payments with the borrower and builder.
- Partner with internal customers (Loan Officers and assistants, Processors, Underwriters, and Construction Project Specialists) and external customers (builders and borrowers) to facilitate smooth construction lending process.
About You:
- 4-7 years of administrative experience in construction lending or the mortgage industry. Experience and other skills may vary depending on the complexity of work and level of problem solving and ability to work with limited supervision preferred.
- Strong knowledge of single-family construction processes, procedures, documentation, and loan products.
- Possess strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and thoroughness, knowledge of basic arithmetic and accounting principles.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to research and identify solutions to problems.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage internal and external customer relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility; ability to multitask and complete work with constant interruptions.
- Proficient with personal computer

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $19.00 to $30.00 and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
