About the Role:
The Real Estate Lease Administrator is a pivotal role responsible for supporting the lease administration process, ensuring accuracy in records management, and assisting with the reporting and financial operations for the Bank’s portfolio. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a background in real estate leasing and finance.
- Assist with maintaining the company's real estate records, financials obligations, and reporting for all leased, subleased and owned properties.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex commercial lease terminology (base rent, operating expenses, commencement date, rent commencement date, real estate tax, insurance obligations, etc.)
- Oversight of the abstraction of key data from leases, subleases and owned properties, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with lease terms, while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail in all documentation and reporting.
- Foster relationships with vendors, legal, finance, and real estate departments to align lease administration strategies with company objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with landlords, real estate, and external & internal stakeholders to address lease-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and lease requirements.
- Work with finance or service provider as applicable to process variable invoice expenses for payment.
- Assist with the tenant and subtenant lease income process by ensuring timely rent collections and calculation of expense passthroughs and true ups.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance lease administration processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- May participate in project teams.
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
- Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation E, Fraud Risk Management and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
- High School Diploma or GED. Required.
- 2-4 years of relevant Lease Administration or equivalent and significant previous experience in a geographically dispersed environment. Preferred
- Capable of effectively working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to pivot quickly as needed.
- Excellent at building and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Meticulous and strong attention to detail.
- Skilled using personal computers and software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and industry-standard lease administration tools (Sequentra, Lease Harbor, LeaseAccelerator, etc.).
Workstyle: Fully onsite.

The pay for this role would pay $25.23, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
