About the Role :
- Provide a consultative approach to large, sophisticated business clients with complex treasury needs.
- Develop new treasury management business and expand business relationships, including handling high touch clients.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Division Managers to facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
- Develop sales plans to identify the expansion of existing clients in conjunction with Relationship Managers.
- Present a consultative working cash flow presentation to prospects and existing clients.
- Lead client / prospect sales calls with Relationship Managers and Technical Solutions Consultant.
- Drive collaboration between business lines to implement new solutions for clients.
- Lead consultative conversations with customers to define solutions to meet their goals.
- Mentor and coach junior TM consultants and associates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive practices, including technology and regulatory changes.
- Partner with Product Managers in the development of new product solutions.
- Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations and keep up to date on regulation changes.
- Follow all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and complete all required training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies regarding Bank Secrecy Act and other regulations.
- Actively learn and foster the Umpqua corporate culture.
- Take personal initiative and be a positive example for others.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
We offer eligible associates comprehensive healthcare coverage, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan with employer match, and other benefits. Benefit eligibility begins the first day of the month following the date of hire for associates who are regularly scheduled to work at least thirty hours weekly.
