About the Role :
Handles all aspects of the treasury management monthly billing process. Including the addition, modification and deletion of customer pricing, validation and reporting of treasury management income for posting. Monitoring of exception pricing on analysis accounts and treasury management services, and the payment and allocation of costs associated with treasury management services associated with third party vendors.
- Responsible for the completion of new, modification and cancellation of TM billing requests; including exception pricing requests.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining Extended Account Analysis (XAA system) inbox and responding to inquires in a timely manner according to established service level agreements. Prepare XAA monthly billing procedures, including periodic up-dates. Implement changes to the XAA system as instructed by product strategies.
- Perform monthly analysis cycle, including loading all service volume into XAA billing system. Responsible for the review and release of monthly analysis statements to customers.
- Responsible for validation of the volume input accuracy based on monthly trends. Responsible for the monthly payment and allocation of cost to branch for third party vendor expenses.
- Perform both monthly certifications and allocations for branches.
- Responsible for pulling and generating daily and monthly reporting through BIC.
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
- Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

The pay range for this role is $21.00 - $25.00 and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
