As a Full-Time Exempt Assistant Registrar, you will be responsible for assisting the Registrar in coordinating the integrated services, functions, and processes of the Office of Registration and Records. Overseeing continuous improvement of cross-functional processes; fosters quality, customer-oriented services; maintains the integrity of student transcripts and pertinent records, and the archiving and distribution of academic records; assures compliance with academic policies and external agency requirements, and coordinates commencement. The Assistant Registrar assists the Registrar in maintaining the function of the office and serves as the lead staff member in the Office of Registration and Records when the Registrar is absent.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two (2) years of experience as a trainer and supervisor.
- Previous experience in higher education with a strong commitment to student success.
- Customer Service experience.
- Ability to work independently to organize, set priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on details to completion.
- Familiarity with FERPA laws, academic records, course registration, and student record keeping policies and practices.
- Must be competent in the use of computer programs such as Microsoft office (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher), Windows Networking, and computer maintain operations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of multiple operations systems current to industry standards.
