The Role :

Your Impact :
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical and operational projects within the managed care plan, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives .
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, project team members, and executive leadership, to ensure project success and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders in a clear, timely , and effective manner.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and address any concerns or issues that may arise during project implementation.
- Manage technical projects related to information technology systems, software implementations, data analytics, and other technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, and ensure successful implementation and integration of technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Oversee operational projects related to process improvement, workflow optimization, quality initiatives, and member services enhancements.
- Work closely with operational departments to identify project objectives , define project requirements, and develop implementation plans.
- Monitor project performance and outcomes, track key metrics, and evaluate project effectiveness in achieving desired results.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and project deliverables.
- Generate regular project status reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Prepare presentations and updates for executive leadership and stakeholders to communicate project results, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Perform other duties and support deliverables as assigned by the organization to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organizations Values.
