The Role :

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing both technical and operational projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency, enhancing member services, and achieving strategic objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects from initiation to completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Your Impact :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical and operational projects within the managed care plan, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives .
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, project team members, and executive leadership, to ensure project success and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Communicate project updates, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders in a clear, timely , and effective manner.
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and address any concerns or issues that may arise during project implementation.
  • Manage technical projects related to information technology systems, software implementations, data analytics, and other technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, and ensure successful implementation and integration of technical solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Oversee operational projects related to process improvement, workflow optimization, quality initiatives, and member services enhancements.
  • Work closely with operational departments to identify project objectives , define project requirements, and develop implementation plans.
  • Monitor project performance and outcomes, track key metrics, and evaluate project effectiveness in achieving desired results.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and project deliverables.
  • Generate regular project status reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare presentations and updates for executive leadership and stakeholders to communicate project results, outcomes, and recommendations.
  • Perform other duties and support deliverables as assigned by the organization to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organizations Values.

Your Credentials :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field ( Master's degree preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification required within six months of hire.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing technical and operational projects in a healthcare or managed care setting.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage project budgets, and coordinate project teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SmartSheets .
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, managed care principles, and regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
