Your Impact
- Elevate Provider Excellence: Create, implement, and deliver training programs tailored to empower providers with the tools and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Address Provider Feedback: Capture, analyze, and resolve provider complaints effectively to enhance service delivery.
- Surveys & Insights: Design, distribute, and evaluate surveys to gain actionable insights into provider needs and improvement opportunities
- Regulatory & Performance Alignment: Liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g., OHA, EQRO) and ensure provider compliance with industry standards while tracking and improving key performance metrics.
- Build Relationships: Be the trusted, outgoing point of contact for healthcare providers, fostering strong partnerships through exceptional communication and support.
- Strategic Improvements: Gather provider feedback and advocate for process enhancements that improve training, support services, and overall provider experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values.
Skills & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with insurance plans; life, auto, or medical.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate data and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Ability to address provider complaints and identify improvement areas.
- Grit and enthusiasm, with a knack for delivering exceptional service in fast-paced environments.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in provider relations, healthcare administration, or related fields (not an entry-level role).
- Project management or operations understanding is a plus.
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 (rate based on experience, education, and location).
