The Role :

The Quality AssuranceAnalyst in Community Health will be responsible for monitoring andevaluating the quality of community health programs and services, ensuringcompliance with health standards and regulations. This role involves analyzingprogram performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and workingclosely with community health teams to enhance service delivery. The Analystwill also prepare reports, conduct audits, and provide training to ensurecontinuous improvement in community health initiatives.

Your Impact :

  • Monitor and assess the quality of community health programs and services through data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with health standards and regulations.
  • Review program performance data to identify gaps in service delivery and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with community health teams to evaluate the effectiveness of health interventions and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program quality metrics, highlighting areas of success and improvement.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure programs meet required health and safety standards.
  • Provide training and support to community health staff on quality assurance practices and continuous improvement strategies.

Your Credentials :

  • Bachelors degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Community Health, or a related field required. A Masters degree is preferred.
  • Able to work Remote- MST-PST schedule.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, data analysis, or program evaluation, preferably in community health or public health settings.
  • Familiarity with community health initiatives, health disparities, and public health standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SPSS).
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles, process improvement techniques, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certification in Quality Improvement (CQI) or related certification (e.g., CPHQ) is preferred but is not required.
  • Public Health certification or training is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
