How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own the process of collecting, validating, and maintaining healthcare data with precision, ensuring all quality standards are met.
- Turn performance data into actionable insights by identifying trends, highlighting opportunities, and crafting detailed reports.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to design and implement transformative quality improvement initiatives.
- Keep compliance on track by monitoring regulatory requirements and accreditation standards (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement strategies through ongoing analysis and reporting, always aiming for excellence.
- Streamline internal processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting, boosting efficiency across the board.
- Empower teams by training and supporting staff on quality metrics, data practices, and performance improvement strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the organization's vision, mission, and values.
What You Bring to the Table
- A bachelor’s degree, or 15 years of relevant experience that speaks volumes about your expertise.
- Mastery in Quality Systems, with the capability to lead initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Hands-on knowledge of Quality System Requirements and Auditing.
- A collaborative mindset, ready to make an impact in-office (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM PST).
Compensation varies based on experience, education, and location: $55,000–$60,000 annually.
