Your Impact
- Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients in an urgent care setting, addressing a wide spectrum of acute illnesses and injuries.
- Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop effective treatment plans.
- Interpret a variety of diagnostic tests, including but not limited to blood tests, urinalysis, EKGs, and radiographs.
- Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and other specialized medical care.
- Collaborate closely with primary care providers and specialists to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families, fostering an environment of proactive health management.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records, documenting all care and interactions.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical protocols and best practices.
- Act as a mentor and role model for nursing and support staff, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
- Adhere to the highest standards of medical ethics and professionalism at all times.

Your Credentials
- Must have one of the following degrees: Medical, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution.
- A valid medical license to practice in any state with the ability to become licensed in Oregon.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, etc.).
- Demonstrable experience (preferably 3 years) in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency with medical software, electronic health records, and telemedicine platforms.
- Exceptional clinical skills, including diagnostic acumen and the ability to manage a broad spectrum of urgent care cases.
- Strong communication skills, empathetic patient care, and the ability to make swift, sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Rate: Varies on experience, education, location $125,000-$150,000
