Job Summary
As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages to guests while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Take and fill orders from guests directly at the bar
- Offer cocktail suggestions and provide craft cocktails
- Prepare beverage orders for Beverage Servers on the gaming floor
- Maintain supplies and equipment needed for daily operations
- Take payment at the cash register and handle cash properly
- Evaluate customer feedback and resolve concerns
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
- 1-3 years of bartending experience required
- Basic Mathematical Skills Required
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Able to follow verbal instructions
- Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required
- Current OLCC License required
- Must be 21 years old or older
