Our company is looking to hire a motivated and responsible individual to take the role of office assistant. We are looking for a team member that is dedicated, reliable, and works well in a fast paced environment. Hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday and we are seeking to fill the position immediately. Requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an similar position
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, repair orders, purchase order amendments, and acknowledgments for parts, materials, services, supplies and miscellaneous goods.
- Manage open orders with vendors.
- Send equipment for repair to vendors.
- Deliver exceptional customer support via email and phone.
- Address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and friendly communication style in all interactions.
- Purchase parts and equipment.
- Prepare quotes for customers to purchase/repair parts.
- Purchase office and job supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
