We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team in an Interior Design office. As General Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality in Interior Design, and fostering a positive work culture among our team members. Your leadership will be key to driving sales and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the company;
- Manage and coordinate teams across logistics, finance, administration, purchasing, design, project execution, and sales;
- Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met on all ongoing projects;
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans in coordination with the executive team;
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes;
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and company reporting;
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration;
- Identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in Interior Design;
- Strong knowledge of Interior Design practices and project operations;
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse teams;
- Familiarity with processes and trends in Interior Design is a plus;
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence;
- Ability to thrive under pressure while efficiently managing multiple tasks.
