In this role, you will help to open and close the bar, as well as other essential tasks to keep the bar running smoothly, like restocking and prepping garnishes. Responsibilities:
- Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean and wiped down
- Restock supplies as needed
- Bus tables
- Prepare cocktail garnishes and other ingredients necessary for making drinks
- Replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles
- Take out the trash
- Assist bartenders as requested
- High school diploma/GED
- Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items preferred
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Able to work nights and weekends
