- Generate and maintain records, data, or information necessary to: prepare internally or externally required reports; respond to agency requests; and verify compliance with EHS requirements. Enter this data into RMID database.
- Drive the train to bring raw material from the rail yard to the unload area 24 and spot lumber railcars for transload customers in order to provide the necessary material to the Plan to produce cement.
- Operate mobile equipment to supply and handle the raw material inventory.
- Enter the information of raw materials into SAP database.
- Unloading raw material railcars to supply the production stockpiles.
- Receive raw materials shipping documents.
- Train Plant employees on Mobile equipment to be in compliant with EHS requirement and enable to operate the Plant.
- Inspect the work area for hazards and safety compliance.
- Record railcars inventory in the railyard.
- Responsible area housekeeping to be on compliant with MSHA requirements.
- Execute special Projects (I.E. wall building, moving material, drop test) to ensure the quality efficiency and procedure improvement.
- Cut and spray weed abatement.
- Other duties as assigned.
- AT least some knowledge and experience with mobile equipment, experience with ABB, SAP, RMID systems.
- At least 2 to 5 years heavy equipment experience, 2 to 5 years railroad experience
- Train service Engineer/Conductor certification preferred but not required.
