Overview
I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Park Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of the park facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a background in property management, customer service, and sales. The Park Manager will enhance the resident experience and improve the integrity of the park.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the park, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained.
- Post advertisements online to attract new residents.
- Distribute and execute new leases, renewals, and notices.
- Coordinate transportation and installation of used mobile homes to fill vacant lots.
- Keep organized records of all rents, expenses, invoices, and receipts.
- Visit park at least 2-3 times per week to monitor activity and condition.
- Provide updates on park operations and resident feedback.
- Enforce park rules to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all residents.
- Manage vendors for maintenance services, supplies, and other resources.
- Integrate Rent Manager software for property management tasks including electronic payments, online applications, resident screenings, and accounting.
- Facilitate any necessary eviction proceedings.
- Address resident's questions and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service.

- Proven experience in property management, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Sales skills with a focus on filling vacancies and increasing lot rents.
- Customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in accounting and legal administrative tasks related to park operations.
