Senior Technical Consultant (ERP)

This key role involves leading data-focused projects and mentoring junior consultants while providing advanced reporting and analytics solutions to our clients. A major focus of this role is managing the transfer of historical data from clients' legacy systems into ERP AE, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of critical data. What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements to assess data needs and deliver custom solutions.
• Oversee the transfer of historical data from clients' legacy systems into ERP AE, ensuring project success.
• Design and implement complex SQL queries, SSRS reports, and Power BI dashboards.
• Provide expert-level data analytics and reporting services to drive client success.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants in data-related tasks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data migrations and ERP implementations.
• Stay current on trends in data analytics and reporting to continually improve service offerings.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery.
  
  

Your First 90 Days

• First 30 Days: Complete HR orientation, meet the Unanet Professional Services team, and begin shadowing senior team members in advanced data tasks.
• First 60 Days: Take ownership of small client data tasks, oversee report development, and engage in advanced Power BI dashboard creation.
• First 90 Days: Lead historical data migrations, mentor junior consultants, and present observations and recommendations on current processes to leadership.
  
  

Who You Are

• 6 years of experience in a data analytics, reporting, or similar capacity
• Extensive experience in SQL, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Advanced skills in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence.
• Strong background in relational databases and data architecture.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale data migrations from legacy systems.
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  
  

Your Differentiators

• Familiarity with Unanet AE ERP is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of accounting/finance principles and experience in the Architecture/Engineering industry preferred.
• Prior experience in leading data projects and business consulting preferred.

The salary range for this opportunity is $98,000 - $120,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
