Regional Float- Floats to at least three campuses within a market, will be paid a 25% differential (of the base hourly rate), with the exception of specialty service lines.
Specialty service lines include, but are not limited to :
- Womens / Infants’ Service / LDRP
- Emergency Department
- Perioperative, including pre / post
- Procedural (IR, Cath Lab, GI Lab, etc), including pre / post
- Behavioral Health
