Responsibilities
Position Purpose
Plays a key role in designing, implementing and managing global compensation programs for a public financial services company. This role focuses on base salary and short-term and long-term incentives. Collaborates closely with senior HR and business leadership to develop strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while aligning with the company's global compensation philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Compensation Strategy & Program Development : Partner with the Global Head of Total Rewards and regional HR leaders to evolve company-wide compensation policies. Develop and implement compensation plans, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Compensation Review Processes : Facilitate the design and execution of mid-year and annual compensation reviews, working closely with the HRIS and HR Operations teams.
- Market Competitiveness & Pay Equity : Monitor compensation data to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with relevant regulations. Participate in salary surveys and update salary ranges based on market trends.
- Job Pricing & Benchmarking : Perform market pricing for new and revised positions. Benchmark compensation and equity practices against the market and recommend program improvements.
- Equity Plan Administration : Administer the firm’s global restricted stock program (RSP), including stock plan management, employee education, and coordination of brokerage accounts. Partner with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure smooth equity vesting, regulatory compliance, and participant engagement.
- Legal & Compliance : Partner with Legal and Finance to manage equity award documentation, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations. Oversee reporting and disclosure requirements.
- Dashboards & Ad-Hoc Projects : Prepare compensation dashboards and equity modeling scenarios. Lead ad-hoc projects as required.

Working Environment
Hiring Salary Range : $115,000 - $140,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data. Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
