Responsibilities
Position Summary : The Market Director Employee Health is responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the Employee Health Department of the assigned market along the Central Coast of CA. This will include day to day operations for Marian Regional Medical Center, Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, French Hospital, Pacific Health Centers, and oversight for St. John's Regional Medical Center, St. John's Hospital Camarillo, Dominican Hospital, and Sequoia Hospital. The incumbent is responsible for development, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of all Employee Health Services in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulatory / accreditation requirements. The Market Director Employee Health will ensure clinical excellence, fiscal stewardship, customer satisfaction, strategic planning and growth in alignment with the mission, vision and values ofCommonSpirit Health. The individual in this position will proactively collaborate with other leaders across the organization, including other Employee Health leaders, Region CHRO, HR Market VP, Infection Prevention, Workers’ Compensation, Physicians, Medical Review Officers, CMO, etc. to ensure continuity in knowledge and understanding of CDC and OSHA guidelines, along with other pertinent regulatory and / or legal requirements or recommendations.

Multi-facility leadership oversight with exceptional planning and organizational skills, sound judgment and ability to balancenumerous diverse assignments simultaneously.
Demonstrated Employee Health experience with a working knowledge of CDC guidelines, OSHA guidelines, regulatoryrequirements and federal / state / local laws for Employee Health.
Proactive problem solving, procedure and process improvement, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,procedure and process improvement.
Exceptional computer skills and competencies in day to day use to include but not limited to Google Workspace, Microsoft Office,Zoom, etc.
Public speaking and professional presentation skills.
