Responsibilities
Job Summary :
This positon oversees the regulatory programs for Mercy San Juan Medical Center which may include total joint program, spine program and / or chest pain program.
Knowledge / Skills include :
- Knowledge of total joint replacement registry (AJRR)
- Knowledge of compliance and insurance requirements including Medicare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield
- Experience and understanding of Joint Commission and survey process
- Ability to coordinate reports, extract data and perform statistical analysis
- Process and procedure improvement projects
- Presentation skills
- Understanding of google workspace and microsoft products
