- Starting base salary : $600,000
- Salary guarantee
- RVU Bonus potential during salary guarantee
- RVU based compensation model starting in year 2

- Opportunity to teach and mentor internal medicine residents at local hospital residency program
- 4 1 / 2 day work week
- Onsite / local support from Radiation Oncologists, Breast Surgeons, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, financial navigator and cancer navigator
