Responsibilities
- Candidate must reside in one of the approved remote worker states : AR, AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, ND, NE, OH, SC, TN, TX, WI.
Elevate patient care to new heights. With attention to detail, review and approve patient information from Start of Care to Discharge, ensuring seamless care.
Ensure timely review and processing of clinical assessments and plans of care, optimizing service utilization. Support clinicians with kindness, guiding them towards excellence.
Assist the Director of Clinical Services in orientation and identify training needs, empowering our team.
Monitor infection control and occurrence reports, supporting on-call responsibilities for smooth operations.

Qualifications
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold an active RN license in the state(s) in which the Quality Coordinator practices.
OASIS Certification (COS-C, HCS-O, or others with pre-approval by Manager, Quality Coordinators) required within 12 months of hire.
Minimum one year nursing experience in the last 36 months and must have experience with Oasis assessments and clinical home health provision of care.
Prior review / QI experience preferred.
