Overview
JOB SUMMARY
CSU Glocal is seeking a Student Records Specialist who supports the University mission by ensuring that all student records are accurate, updated, filed, and safeguarded in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and Higher Learning Commision guidelines. The Student Records Specialist is responsible for making updates to student’s degree plans and academic record to ensure accuracy, evaluates students for eligibility for degree conferral, processing University withdrawal and enrollment verifications and provides customer service support to students through email and phone calls. The Student Records Specialist will also process official transcript requests submitted to the Registrar’s office. This individual must possess the ability to thrive in an extremely dynamic work environment while consistently applying critical thinking and professional judgment while serving a diverse population. This position will report directly to the Associate Registrar.
- T his position is located at the downtown Denver, CO office three days per week with the potential to work two days remotely
- and will report directly to the Student Records Supervisor.

Salary : $45,000 - $47,000 annnually
